About Me

I was born in Athens, Greece and I received my Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 2001, my Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Engineering-Economic Systems in 2008 and my Ph.D. degree from the same university (NTUA) in 2009, under the supervision of Prof. Stefanos Kollias.

Now, I am working as laboratory teaching staff at the Artificial Intelligent & Learning Systems Lab of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens.

My research interests include topics on deep learning, adaptive intelligent systems, knowledge extraction, multimedia content analysis, data integration, personalised content access and affective computing
